Some problems do not need a team installed. They need someone who has been in the room, who will tell you the truth about the decision in front of you, and who is still there next month when the consequences land.

Who it is for

Founders and owners carrying decisions they cannot hand to anyone inside the company, usually because everyone inside reports to them. If you have outgrown what a documented process can solve and what you need is judgment, this is the one.
