About Jennifer
Fifteen years inside growing companies

Jennifer started in accounting and finance, the person everyone came to when the numbers had to be right. That grew into running finance and operations for growing companies, where the work always lived in people's heads. So she rebuilt the systems, brought in the newest tools, and taught the teams to run them without her. Along the way she has worked with 1,500+ leaders and founders across 45+ businesses with $750M+ under management.

When AI arrived she did the same thing. In 2026 she built AI Operator's Playbook so any team can run it without her, and Jenco Ventures installs the operating systems behind a company's people, processes, and performance. She does not theorize. She builds.
